By accessing or using the CryptoFarer platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
CryptoFarer offers travel-related services including accommodation stays, experiences, flight searches, car rentals, and cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchange facilitation. All bookings are handled personally via WhatsApp to ensure a tailored experience.
All booking requests are initiated through WhatsApp or email. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from CryptoFarer and any required deposit or full payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
We accept various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, BNB, Solana (SOL), USDC, and XRP. Crypto payments are processed at the exchange rate at the time of transaction. CryptoFarer is not responsible for price fluctuations between booking and payment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all travel requirements including valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements for your destination.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CryptoFarer and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
CryptoFarer acts as a facilitator between travellers and service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or disappointment caused by third-party service providers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
CryptoFarer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Gambian jurisdiction.

CryptoFarer does not require you to create an account. We only collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form — such as your name, travel dates, destination preferences, and contact details.
Information you share is used solely to process your booking, communicate with you about your trip, and improve our services. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
When you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. CryptoFarer treats all WhatsApp communications as confidential and uses them only for the purpose of assisting your booking.
Our website may use basic cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. These cookies do not collect personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Our website may contain links to third-party services (e.g. flight aggregators, accommodation providers). CryptoFarer is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

All bookings on CryptoFarer are handled personally via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation and payment has been received. Unconfirmed booking requests do not attract any charges.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following cancellation policy applies:
More than 14 days before check-in / activity date: Full refund minus any transaction fees incurred.
7–14 days before check-in / activity date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before check-in / activity date: No refund. However, at our discretion, we may offer a credit or date change depending on circumstances.
In the unlikely event that CryptoFarer cancels a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist with alternative arrangements where possible.
Failure to arrive on the booked date without prior notice is treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency will be processed in the same cryptocurrency at the exchange rate at the time of the original transaction, not the refund date. CryptoFarer is not responsible for any gain or loss due to price movements.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds may take additional time depending on network conditions.
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please contact us at info@cryptofarer.com with your booking reference and details. We will review your case within 5 business days.
